Girl Bar is not affiliated with any other groups, persons or
producers for the Girl Bar Dinah Shore Week.
• All Girl Bar events are
produced exclusively by Girl Bar.
• Girl Bar "Welcome Center"
will be located in the lobby of the Wyndham Hotel, and
will be open Thursday, April 3rd at 12 Noon.
. You may pick up your
"Girl Passes" at WILL CALL or you can purchase a "Girl Pass"
on a cash basis only at this time.
• There are no advance
purchases for individual events other than the "Girl Pass".
Individual events may be purchased at the door on a cash basis
only.
• All of our events are
WALKING DISTANCE from our host hotels. Hotel Zoso, The
Wyndham,
The HYATT Suites & the Courtyard by Marriott.
• For your safety and
convenience, shuttles will be provided for all evening events
only.
Schedules will be posted in the lobbies of all host hotels.
• There will be NO "ins and
outs" at our Saturday night event
at the Convention Center. Once you leave the event, if you
wish to re-enter, you will need
to pay admission again. This is NOT our policy, but the policy
of the Convention Center.
• VIP Luxury Package guests
get priority admission and seating at ALL of our events.
• No participants may enter
the Wyndham pool area until the doors open.
• Lost or stolen Girl Passes
will not be replaced. If you lose your pass, you will need to
purchase a new one.
• No food or beverages will be
permitted to be brought into any pool area.
This includes water . Any food or beverage brought in will be
confiscated by the hotel staff at the door.
• All our parties are 21 and
over. You must present a valid ID at each scheduled event
including pool parties.
• Sneaking into any party or
entering any party, (including pool parties) before they are
open risks
expulsion from the hotel and our weekend with no refund.
• You may not save a pool
chair at the Wyndham with a towel or your personal belongings
prior to our events.
Any personal belongings used to hold an unattended pool chair
will be removed by the hotel staff.
• The Wyndham Hotel nor Girl
Bar will be responsible for storing any items that are left
unattended
at the pool parties.
